Staff Nurse (imaging Centre)

Job Description
- Provide general nursing care to patients including their safety, personal hygiene &
- Assist in preparation of patients for procedure including setting up of intravenous
- Assist and provide patient care during Imaging / Radiology and Nuclear Medicine
CT, SPECT and as a chaperone in any procedures whenever necessary.
- Responsibility in administering contrast media, radioisotope and others related
- Responsible in the care of critically ill patients (ventilated) during procedures.
- Responsible in-patient care for case (adult / paediatric) with sedation or general
- Ensure charging are carried out accurately and carry out duties assigned by
- Reports to Senior Manager & Deputy Manager, Imaging Centre. For administrative
Manager of Nursing Division.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Nursing Board Malaysia.
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Good communication skills and able to read and write in English & Malay.
- Possess basic IT skills and have knowledge on Infection Control Guidelines.
