Roles & Responsibilities

Routine Checks on the elderly To report to the doctor on the resident's well being, as well as updates on the resident's care plan. To liaise with family members on updates of the resident's health, medication and consumables supply, follow ups. Updating of Medical Records - Update and maintain the patient's file that includes personal details, medical history, prescribed medications, patient notes, before and after photos, treatment details, equipment settings. Admission support & checking - Greet patients and assist in registration, conduct medical questionnaires interviews and attend to patient's enquiries promptly and professionally. Assist Resident Doctor during consultations (online & physical), treatment procedures and appointment scheduling. Supervise and monitor the hands-on care of the caregivers, as well as their work ethics. Assessment of workplace and equipment safety. Ensure practices are safe and equipments are not faulty. To conduct training sessions for caregiver on various aspects of elderly care. Attend meetings as and when required.

Working Hours

Shift / Office hour work arrangements to be discussed.

Job Requirements

Registered Nurse with at least 2 years work experience. Able to insert nasogastric tube, urine tube, and wound dressing. Experienced as a wound care nurse would be an added advantage to apply. Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Nursing Registration licensefrom the Ministry of Health.

Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must. Ability to communicate well via WhatsApp. Flexible and adaptable to various situations. Able to work with teams and handle different types of personalities. Pleasant Personality with good stewardship skills Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken Ability to speak multiple chinese dialects is a plus Pleasant personality and able to work under a stressful environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
