Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Perform Nursing procedures effectively and efficiently and to the satisfaction of patients
Observing, monitoring and reporting changes in health, behaviour, and needs.
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicate by patient\xe2\x80\x99s conditions and responses.
To act as a positive role model for care staff, to be aware of health and safety at all times and ensure a high standard of care delivery
To undertake risk assessments of the working environment for Service User and Way Ahead Care staff, this includes the care environment and all equipment
Undertake alternate weekday or weekend on call duties covering company phone every day
To attend regular meetings within the office and care teams
Undertake regular training and development and maintain a current knowledge of social care legislation and local services
