Health Screening - Staff Nurse

Responsible for coordinating the Health Screening Programs in Hospital.

Manage appointments and explain package requirements to customers. Perform data entry, prepare test request forms and handle case notes. Perform blood sampling and ensure smooth screening processes.

ASSISS - Palliative Care Nurse

Provide compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in a community setting.

Deliver palliative care and symptom management at patient's home. Liaise with doctors on patient's medical condition for appropriate care. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the palliative care and support provided to the patient and family that is individualized to their needs.

ASSISS - Wound Care Coordinator

Deliver wound management and nursing care to patients in a community setting.

Provide community nursing, supportive, and wound care treatments to patients, abiding the institutional criteria and policies at patient's home. Liaise with referral doctors on the patient's medical condition for appropriate clinical management. Support initiatives and activities related to enhance ASSISS Wound Care Services.

ASSISS - Staff Nurse

Provide holistic nursing care and support to patients requiring general assessment and intervention.

Administer and dispense medications. Register and assess patients, assist doctors with treatments. Participate in unit management and supervise student/junior nurses and non-professional personnel.

Qualification / Requirement :

Diploma in Nursing and registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board Hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) Open positions at ASSISS require candidates to possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
