Job Description
- Providing effective and safe nursing care to the patients in accordance with nursing SOP guideline.
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Implement vital sign monitoring & ADL
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care and on-going of patient status.
- Registered nurse with LJM certificate
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- At least 1 year of working experience in hospital / medical institution setting or in the related field
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
