Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Patient Care & Support

Greet and register patients, record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, weight, etc.) Prepare patients for consultation, examination, or treatment. Assist the doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures.
2.

Clinical Procedures

Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and dressings as prescribed. Conduct ECGs, nebulization, wound care, and other clinic-based procedures. Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.
3.

Documentation & Records

Accurately document patient care, treatment, and procedures in medical records. Ensure proper documentation of medications and stock usage. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with clinic policy.
4.

Inventory & Equipment

Monitor and manage medical supplies and medication stock levels. Ensure all medical equipment is clean, functional, and regularly serviced.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia). Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

Experience:

Preferably 1-3 years of clinical experience (GP clinic experience is an advantage). Fresh graduates with the right attitude may be considered.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic nursing procedures and clinic operations.
