Job DetailsCRITERIA: 1. Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma graduate in Nursing. 2. Registered with the Malaysia Board of Nursing. 3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Assist doctor during consultations, surgeries and other medical procedures. 2. Ensure proper handling and disposal of clinical and domestic waste. 3. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment. 4. Assist patients during the registration process, accurately collecting and recording necessary information. 5. Address patients with inquiries and concerns with empathy. 6. Perform simple vision tests and procedures for patients, as required, following established protocols and procedures. 7. Manage phone calls and appointments, including sending appointment reminders to patients. 8.
