1. To be responsible for the smooth running of the unit.
2. To ensure the implementation of safe nursing care via on going supervision and involvement in administrative duties.
3. To ensure and have a good working knowledge off all statutory requirement of the Nursing Board of Malaysia and any other legislation related to her/his work.
4. To ensure compliance with established department/ unit policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objective, environmental safety and infection control standards in line with the organization's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
5. To ensure the provision and maintenance of a risk which is free working environment in terms of infections and accidents for both patients and others.
6. To provide comprehensive care to wholly compensatory patients and their dependents.
7. To monitor patients closely and be able to recognize & alert patient's change of condition at all times.
8. To ensure staff are competent in dealing with an emergency situation.
9. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Nursing Manager.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
