1. To be responsible for the smooth running of the unit.
2. To ensure the implementation of safe nursing care via on going supervision and involvement in administrative duties.
3. To ensure and have a good working knowledge off all statutory requirement of the Nursing Board of Malaysia and any other legislation related to her/his work.
4. To ensure compliance with established department/ unit policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objective, environmental safety and infection control standards in line with the organization's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
5. To ensure the provision and maintenance of a risk - free working environment in terms of infections and accidents for both patients and others.
6. To ensure the dignity and rights of patients are not infringed upon by the members of the hospital staff and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
7. To ensure accurate documentation of nursing records at all times.
8. To actively participate and lead in continuous nursing education programs and professional development.
9. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Nursing Supervisor,/ HODs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
