Diagnostic, Clinical & Nursing Duties

Conduct diagnostic and nursing procedures under the medical check-up programme. Perform daily quality control tests and ensure reliability of test results. Implement all safety measures related to test procedures. Provide relevant information to patients regarding tests, procedures, and follow-up instructions. Assist Medical Officers during procedures, including calling patients, preparing rooms, and dispensing medications. Perform clinical procedures such as branula insertion, blood taking, wound care, and other required nursing tasks.

Operational & Equipment Maintenance

Conduct daily maintenance for equipment to ensure optimal operation. Calibrate machines as required. Ensure workstation, treatment rooms, and clinical areas are clean, tidy, and presentable. Maintain proper filing and documentation of medical reports and related records. Maintain optimum stock levels of consumables and supplies.

Administrative Support

Assist in handling administrative tasks and preparing reports when required. Assist the Head of Department in staff clinic operations. Handle inventory management and liaise with or source suppliers when necessary.

Training, Events & Department Support

Orientate and support newly joined staff. Actively participate in management-organised events or healthcare programmes. Report any equipment issues, incidents, or abnormalities to the Head of Department promptly. Perform any additional tasks

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution. Registered with the

Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM)

with a valid APC. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in Outpatient, Diagnostic, or Health Screening is an advantage. Strong clinical skills (e.g., blood taking, cannulation, patient assessment). Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Able to multitask andwork efficiently in an outpatient environment. Able to work on weekends/public holidays based on duty roster.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
