Key Responsibilities

Perform nursing duties in accordance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures. Prepare clinic rooms, instruments, and equipment before and after each session. Carry out patient triage including taking vital signs, medical history, and preliminary assessments. Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed. Provide patient education and counselling regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and medication usage. Handle appointment scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the clinic system. Ensure proper infection control, cleanliness, and sterilization of instruments and workspace. Assist in emergency situations and follow emergency response protocols. Support clinic stock management including ordering, receiving, and monitoring of consumables and medical supplies.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse with valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate). Previous experience in specialist clinic, hospital outpatient, or related field is an added advantage. Good communication skills, patient-centered, and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment. Able to work in a team and handle patients professionally and courteously.

Willing to work in shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.

Able to be based in Johor Bahru.

Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
