Job Description

1. To assess total patient needs and to co-ordinate patient care. 2. To monitor the patient progress and maintain confidentiality of information.. 3. To assist in training education and supervision of Nursing Aide. 4. To indent medicine and up to the optimum level. 5. To control and record the use of poison and dangerous drug kept in the department in accordance to existing legislatures, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records. 6. To maintain discipline and attempt to solve problem at the department level during absent of Head of Department. 7. To ensure that all the equipment, furniture and fitting are in good functioning order. 8. To inform any abnormalities of patient to the doctor. 9. Ensures all agreed policies and procedures are correctly implemented and maintained. 10. To carry out any other reasonable assignments or duties as and when directed by the Head of Department or Staff in-charge.
