Clinical Practice:
Provides direct patient care withinStandard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Demonstrates knowledge and clinical assessment skills appropriate to clinical area.
Documents nursing interactions in patient's clinical record and ensures confidentiality.
Promotes continuity of patient care through verbal and written communication.
Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations.
Completes assigned responsibilities within established organizational, departmental, and divisional specific guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, colleagues, other health care team members, and staff of other departments.
- Administration work such as panel claim, notify KKM and etc
