Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Registered Nurse.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with vital procedures.

Assisting with the resident's personal care, oral hygiene and include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing and eating.

Transporting or escorting patient to medical and other appointments.

Observing, monitoring and reporting changes in health, behaviour, and needs.

The candidate will collaborate with the caregiving team to develop and implement care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

The Registered Nurse will also provide knowledge and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Advance Diploma in Nursing 2-3 years nursing experience Must be Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) Possess latest

Annual Practice Certificate (APC) license

Qualification in related Post Basic Nursing Certificate will be an added advantage Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic situations Basic computer skills Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in local languages is preferred Able to work shifts Accommodation provided
