SUMMARY OF ROLE
To support the Customer and Product Quality Engineering Function in driving and delivering Company Quality Policy and commitment by executing Quality Engineering department strategic and tactical improvement plans. Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Handles customer complaints/8D, RMA and product quality related query, which includes onsite support, response & closure on timely basis.
