Job Summary: Responsible for training & development of Sales and Marketing Organization. To conduct online or classroom training including new hire on-boarding training but not limited to end-user training facilitation. To publish training documents and identify process efficiency for improvements. Demonstrate good presentation, effective communication and project management skill with right personality. Your New Role:
Support internal and external partners on operational needs for new hire on boarding.
Facilitate user training and able to demonstrate technical skill to learn business application tools.
Provide guidance across the regions to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Set up and maintain training materials in learning platform.
Partners with Project Manager and IT for training project assignments and process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 8-10 years related experience similarly in Sales/Business Operations.
Ability to prioritize, organized and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese language a plus.
Cross-cultural communication and training ability.
Good presentation skill is desired.
Experience with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint a plus.
