To provide technical support for TNB firewalls during day-to-day operation and project implementation. To act as subject matter expert. To review devices incident ticket/support calls logged by TNB on monthly basis and provide strategic recommendations. To provide health check and generate report on monthly basis. To provide on-going mentoring and products knowledge transfer and documentation with architecture, installation, and configuration of the products implemented in TNB. In the event of support issue, he would be able to coordinate with the principal to expedite the resolution of the issues. To recommend best practices for device maintenance, fine-tuning and optimization. To perform fixing on existing devices and upgrading the firmware whenever required. On-call standby for operation breakdown and scheduled downtime. KPI: Providing response and resolution according to SLA, knowledge transfer and device assessment and health check report.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field/ Minimum 5 years working experiences in firewall operations/ Strong technical expertise in firewall technology like WAF ,VPN, SDWAN, APT and IPS/ Skilled in preparing required documentation and presentation materials to stakeholders Certified with Juniper, FortiGate and/or Cisco firewall related certifications. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
