Staff / Senior Engineer, Operations Qa (region Rest Of World, Gobm) M/f
Job Description
Work Location : Ipoh, Malaysia
Main responsibilities is to manage:
1) Audit subcontractors (Anti-Mixing, ESD)
2) On-Site compliancy and validation of committed 8D actions / read across / changes
3) Sanity audit for control plan/ preventive maintenance/rFMEA/ST governance rules
4) Verify basic line readiness - handling, recipe management etc.
5) Manage 8D Quality / Cycle Time / Internal Customer Complaint / Crisis / Excursion
6) Manage customer audits and actions follow-up
7) Automotive readiness and certification programs
8) Manage non-conformance lots (MRB Tool)
9) Perform SPE and drive for Improvement
10) Training subcontractors on quality tools
11) Manage Change Management (PCP)
12) Manage NPI to Volume Productions projects
13) Participate Yield Improvement and Process Improvement Projects
Profile
1) Degree in any Engineering discipline
2) Overview backend semiconductor assembly, test and finishing processes
3) Minimum 6 years working experience in the semiconductor industry
4) Candidates with knowledge of the following application has added advantages:
a) ISO 9001
b) IATF 16949
c) VDA 6.3 process audit
d) ESD
e) Automotive core tools
