Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Responsible for periodical Financial Position Review & Report toregional & local Board members.
• Assist and ensure all accounting procedures and reporting systems are implemented, controlled and monitored
• Fulfil Local Statutory Requirement and Supervisory Board Reporting. Handling ad hoc audit requirement by various authorities
• Liaise with auditors and other relevant internal/external business partners
• Treasury management - Supervision of cash flow forecast and currency needs according to current business and investments needs, Company Insurance Matter
• Handling of company secretarial duties, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
• Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents and the records are properly kept and updated
• To lead in other ad-hoc assignment related to Finance Department function & related matters

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Finance
• Minimum 8 years working experience in related field, preferably with audit background/ having manufacturing industry experience.
• MIA or Accounting Professional membership & familiar with the companies Act 2016 will be an added advantage.
• Well versed in accounting systems and processes.
• Knowledge in SAP, especially FICO module would be an added advantage
• Preferably high level of Excel expertise including graph charting and data extraction
• A team player, possess strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
