Job description

As a Staff Specialist Procurement Engineering for Test Interface Material ( probe card, load board ) you will interface to global front end and back end production sites, divisions and R&D sites as well as to external suppliers. You will also work with our global team to support for the Test Interface Material applications and design projects. In addition, you will work in projects with focus on leveraging concept savings and secure supply of Test Interface Materials. Excited about this opportunity? We kindly invite you to apply it now!
In your new role you will:

• Manage global suppliers with focus on performance development(commercial, technical, logistics and quality disciplines)
• Contribute to procurement strategy and target setting (e.g. concept savings and improvement of supply resilience)
• Support project and order requests independently as well as relevant KPI reporting
• Align with relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders on technologies and perform knowledge sharing
• Contribute to material cost optimization and qualification projects
• Provide business case proposals for improvements in test board/contact unit design and manufacturing area
• Establish and maintain strong relationships to internal and external stakeholders

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 3 - 5 years of work experience with solid know how in the field of load board/probe card design, specification and/or qualification, production/test engineering
• First experience in project management
• Ideally good experience in working closely with suppliers
• Occasional willingness to travel
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus
