Job description
In your new role you will:

• Accountable for packages resources planning to support sustainable and profitable module growth and meeting company\'s revenue.
• Accountable and Responsible to manage and lead Capacity Ramp projects of different packages to meet committed timeline.
• Accountable and Responsible for (End to End from Assembly to Test)Resource Planning functions.
• Accountable on VRFC/TCR/LTCR/MinMax, and to ensure complete per timeline to achieve mid-long term sustainable and profitable module/segment growth.
• Accountable and responsible for weekly short term capacity (PP) to meet weekly delivery commitment to meet Division demand fulfillment and revenue target.
• Close collaboration with Operation, FIN, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability and commitment, capacity planning and balancing, to ensure company\'s KPIs are met.
• Provide high degree of analytical skills to evaluate and resolve high complexity problems in the area of capacity optimization, resource optimization and business demand fulfillment.
• Ability to solve problem independently and cased knowledge / experience to team member.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering/ Science/ Business/ Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering.
• Preferably minimum 1-2 years in resource planning role
