Job description
In your new role you will:
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team (disciplinary leadership)
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Accountable for the shift performance
- Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations
- Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies and procedures, based on practice and precedent; receives closer guidance and oversight from manager
- It is a work task that requires decision-making and disposition latitude within the scope of the task
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1) Min
5Yrs experience as line Supervisor
2) Degree in any field
3) Must work Morning/Night shift pattern
4) Added advantages if have work experience in FAB environment.
