Long Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day technical support for manufacturing shop floor applications.

• Actively looking into reported issue and feedback to development team to obtain robust solution.
• Be part of software development life cycle on software projects to contribute idea with zero defect mindset.
• Develop test data using mathematical methods for manufacturing production process needs.
• Document and troubleshoot database performance or availability issues, data quality issues in an FDA-compliant manner and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional departments to define requirements, compliance documentation, test plans, test records and release implementation.
• Provide periodic 24/7 remote phone support for the manufacturing systems.
• Provide support for other systems such as Siemens CAMSTAR, MFG Databases / Applications, PLC, HMI and other as assigned.
• Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, Contract Manufacturers, and other stakeholders to facilitate data access in terms of reporting, analysis systems, and data integration.
• Provide time-to-time status update to all stakeholder base on business priorities.

Experience and Education

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in MS SQL scripting and query.
• Hands on investigation and troubleshooting of databases issues is required.
• Hands on experience with programming techniques.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture application.
• Experience in Ignition SCADA application and PLC & HMI programming.
• Working knowledge with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques, and other tools, such as Jira, Jama and confluence.
• Good understanding of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
