n your new role you will: R

• esolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment tool types to keep downtime to minimum D
• evelop competencies and skills of all above mentions tools for maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiency. E
• nsure all regulatory standards are followed along with health, safety and environmental. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan, coordinate and implement shift maintenance activities by working with different parties to support production need and to meet company KPI Y
• ou are required to work in 12hrs shift or swing shift or normal hour which ever best for supporting production need which determine by your supervisor. E
• nsure the production equipment is in control and quality of product meets expectation. I
• mplement Preventive/Predictive maintenance program. M
• onitor equipment performance key indicators and set goals and drive team to meet expectation. P
• rovide necessary production support. E
• stablish indirect spare inventory system for key equipment. S
• ustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects. E
• stablish team to work on continuous improvement projects align to organization objective. I
• mplement productivity improvement programs. R
• educe cost through continuous cost reduction effort. I
• dentify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs. M
• onitor spare cost and drive down liabilities of spare inventories. R
• esponsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance and sustaining activities.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: D

• iploma in major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or relatedEngineering. M
• inimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 industrial experience in direct or indirect equipment maintenance. E
• xperience in semiconductor chemical etching & cleaning equipment is advantage. U
• nderstanding of semiconductor manufacturing is advantage. B
• road technical knowledge and strong leadership skill to lead an engineering team in equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification and maintenance. I
• ndependent, resourceful and initiative.
