Support R&D activities specifically related to new product/technology development and characterizations for advanced Memory products. Define and develop Test Concept, Test Technology, Test Program, Test Software, Methodologies and Test Parameters associated with electrical testing and characterizations of advanced memory products. Manages, plans and provides test related deliverables of work packages in development projects to make sure new components and products fit to specifications. Hands over new test packages and test technology to production. Works on cost reduction and quality improvement on running productive components by optimizing test concept, test programs & hardware and test technology. Provides requirements on testing equipment capabilities derived from new product roadmaps.

Requirements:

Technology-related bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics or equivalent combination of training and experience Semiconductor package or/and wafer-level test program development At least 4 years

test program (coding) development experience on Nextest/Teradyne Magnum ATE platforms.

Hands-on Product Development or/and New Product Introduction experiences specifically with semiconductor device characterizations experiences Knowledge of product engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, and failure analysis or related coursework is preferred Good understanding in programming / scripting languages such as C, C++, Python, and Perl will be an added advantage

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
