As a Value Stream Planner, you will be responsible in the key function of Bosch Production System (BPS) activities, strategic & continuous improvement projects (eg: sustainability, pallet optimization projects) and Identity Management role (IDM).

• Support BPS continuous improvement projects for lean organization eg: Lean Line Design (LLD) & System CIP projects.
• Conduct & moderate system CIP & direct productivity improvement workshop.
• Update BPS documentation eg: Value Stream Mapping/Design (VSM/VSD), bubble diagram etc.
• Co-ordinate regular meeting to follow up system CIP project progress.
• Responsible for LOG strategic improvement projects for postponement, pallet size optimization & packaging eg: Increase postponement activities & pieces per pallet by 10%
• Responsible for Sustainability requirements projects (eg: using recycle material for manual/housing/casing, plastic removal in packaging).
• Responsible for Information Security & Privacy (ISP) instruction, awareness, and support employees in the departments.
• Support & Update Information Security & Privacy (ISP) data Concept for the departments.
• Perform annual review and verify all the ISP concept documentation.
• Any additional role from time to time assigned by superior.

• Degree in Manufacturing /Mechanical Engineering / basic Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in related field.
• Communicate well and moderate meetings/workshops with all levels and departments.
• Proactive, result oriented and self-driven, with sense of urgency and able to work independently.
• Strong multi-tasking skill, able to work in fast-paced environment.
