Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd, with offices located in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch has diversified businesses in Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. The company has three manufacturing plants in Penang providing Car Multimedia, Power Tools and Automotive Steering systems. In 2017, Malaysia contributed sales of RM 615 million (127 million euro) and employed more than 2,800 associates.

• To participate in New Product Startup meetings and all critical milestone process.
• To perform Process Planning and Industrial Engineering for new responsible products.
• To plan MAE, EWAK investments for new products including Investment Analysis.
• To plan line, layout, machine, equipment, manpower capacity planning and utilization.
• To coordinate and participate in Process FMEA.
• To ensure work station/fixture/equipments and line buyoff before mass production.
• To coordinate Eng-Build for New Product
• To coordinate Pre-Pilot/Pilot Build for New Product.
• To ensure EHS and Safety related topic are consider during line, equipment, tools or fixtures setup.
• To plan/build production line layout, workplace/workstation layout, material flow planning, area/space and headcount requirements.
• To define/purchase/set up/trial/buy off all fixtures, tools, equipment, press for new product.
• To introduce and implement process control parameters and checklist where necessary.
• To carry out Process and Machine Capability studies and assurance and identify and introduce SPC station where necessary.
• To perform standard time studies MTM/UAS on process and implement Ergonomics at workstation.
• To optimize Line Balancing with evaluated time studies.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical, Electronic and other equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in the related environment.
• Ability to work on variety of projects with very quick development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of i4.0, manual assembly, automation, robotics, and new product introduction will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skills.
