As Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• The purchasing quality and accountable for the responsible product group within the responsible business unit (rBU).
• The PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release
• Complaint management & trigger escalation for the purchased part with quality issues (as input of Q-escalation process)
• Blocked stock handling & Concession handling
• Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs
• Operative handling of quality cost reimbursement for all scrap or RTV of defective parts
• Support in cost saving project / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Technical Discussion, measurement harmonization, Process audit, Test & qualification-check, relevant Product Certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Commercial or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates with high leadership skills are highly recommended to apply
• Possess leadership skills and ability to lead cross functional team to support in order to achieve targets
• Collaborate with all level of associates towards task achievement
• Proactive, positive thinking and result oriented
• Self Driven, highly motivated and committed
