Join us and build your future by being part of what\xe2\x80\x99s next in electronics and the world.We are looking for Product Operation Engineer and this position is expected to provide engineering support for products post manufacturing release and deliver operational excellence through cost reductions, yield and cycle time improvements to achieve our test KPI goals.The incumbent will work with our Probe/Test Manufacturing Suppliers in Malaysia and across Asia to perform the following key functions:

• Interface with Product Line and other functional teams (Planning, Quality, Packaging, Foundry) across US, Japan, Malaysia and China on all phases of product life cycle to support key KPI deliverables on Revenue, Gross Margin Improvements, NPI and Quality.
• Execute day to day sustaining of test manufacturing activities with sub-contractors (Etc. lot dispositions, overall lot rejection rate improvement, EQA hold rate reduction, SYL/ SBL sustaining) to ensure delivery fulfillment.
• Involved in New Product Introduction to High Volume Manufacturing. Support the qualification and validation of new products, including overseeing pilot runs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Perform yield analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Review and execute best-known practices and processes to ensure test solutions received adequate and meets all agreed expectations (example yield entitlements, test times etc.).

QualificationsRequirements and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Preferable with > 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering or Product Engineering role
• Familiar with analog/digital/power product
• Knowledge of Visual Basic/C/C++ programming
• Experience with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne ETS364/Flex, Advantest 93k) and mixed signal testing preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiar with Statistical Tools (JMP/ PDF)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
• Self-directed with strong desire to be part of a winning team
• Knowledge of PAT, SBL and Six Sigma, etc. is an added advantage.
