:This position is based out of our Tanjong Langsat Plant at Pasir GudangJOB DESCRIPTIONGeneral operative duties in this instance could include: * Provide leadtime of new pipe order enquiries to customer service (CS).

• Estimating the amount of raw material for pipe production.
• Effecting changes to pipe production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Analyse back pipe orders, current pipe orders and upcoming pipe orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operation.
• Coordinating pipe production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Monitors pipe production progress to ensure met the schedule.
• Monitor and review job transaction in the system.
• Review and identify on material usage variance for every month end closing.
• Records production data, including daily production output, overtime, attendance etc.
• Spool miter drawing and lamination checklist preparation based on project schedule by production team.
• Raise purchase requisition (PR) of general production (GP) and smalltoll item based on production request.
• Spool miter order entry into project list file for production used.

JOB REQUIREMENT * Candidate must possess Diploma in any field or equivalent.

• Have knowledge on Microsoft excel and production planning job is an advantage.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Understand both material and production plan will be advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good attitude and able to work as a team.
• Be responsible and disciplined and good communication
