Job Description

The Standards & Performance Executive is responsible for development, implementation, maintaining, and enhancement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet business needs, customer expectations, QMS ISO 9001 standard requirements and other standard requirements related to Education. This includes all quality related roles such as leading and coordinating to QMS ISO certification for the company based on business needs, scheduling and carrying out internal quality audits, managing and coordinating 3rd party certification audits, or reports as per requested internally/externally, carrying out quality related training, supporting in coordinating to address & resolve any quality related issues and supporting procurement team in vendor audits.

Duties and Responsibilities



Assist the Head of Standards & Performance in building up the best-in-class quality assurance (QA) strategy for the group. Liaise with the Academic department, Learning & Development department and any other relevant department to align the training syllabus, teaching materials and individual's
training needs with the organization's needs

Assist the Head of Standards and Performance in implementing an audit framework and process to assess and align key results bottom up approach with company/function/teams objectives to achieve To setup a Document Management System to record and track all official documents within the organisation. Responsible for managing internal and external documents pertaining to Quality Management System. To initiate and acquire all relevant certifications for benefit of the organisation e.g. ISO 9001:2015 etc. To drive the initiative to ensure all departments processes and documents are in accordance with the Quality Management System set in place as well as well as adhering to the relevant ISO standards and local/international regulatory requirements Lead initiatives to introduce best practices including benchmarking relevant policies and practices against similar organizations or market leaders. Create and execute special projects or carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any relevant fields. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work Decision-making skills The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload Project management and organisational skills The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals Negotiating skills the ability to think strategically and analyse data and write reports A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
