Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and deliver STEM education programs with a focus on drone technology. Conduct hands-on workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations on drone assembly, programming, piloting, and safety. Coordinate and manage STEM-related programs, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Develop curriculum and teaching materials (slides, manuals, videos, project kits) aligned with the latest drone and STEM trends. Mentor and support students/participants in drone competitions, exhibitions, and innovation projects. Ensure compliance with drone safety regulations and best practices during all training activities. Maintain and manage drone equipment, tools, and related resources. Prepare reports, feedback, and documentation for management and partners.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Education, or related STEM fields. Strong knowledge of drone technology (assembly, programming, maintenance, and flight operations). Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating STEM workshops is an advantage. Basic programming/coding skills (Python, Scratch, Arduino, or similar). Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to work with schools, universities, and corporate clients. Drone Pilot Certification (CAAM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
