About the Role: As a Remote STEM Curriculum Designer at Futurum Academy, you will be at the forefront of educational innovation, shaping the curriculum that inspires students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics while incorporating creative and marketing elements. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a lasting impact on the educational experience of our students. Responsibilities: Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive and innovative curriculum materials that blend STEM subjects with artistic and marketing elements, fostering creativity and interdisciplinary learning. Lesson Planning: Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with the curriculum, promoting creative expression and problem-solving skills through art, STEM, and marketing principles. Visual Content Creation: Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe creative software to design visually appealing graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials that complement your curriculum. Online Curriculum Enhancement: Adapt and optimize existing curriculum materials for online delivery, ensuring they remain interactive, inspiring, and market-oriented. Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the teaching team to align curriculum and lesson plans with teaching goals and objectives, emphasizing effective communication and marketing strategies. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from educators and students to continuously enhance curriculum materials, adapting to evolving educational needs and priorities. Inclusivity and Accessibility: Ensure curriculum materials are accessible and inclusive for all learners, regardless of their artistic abilities, and incorporate marketing principles for real-world applications. Adaptability: Embrace any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the STEAM Teacher (Supervisor) to enhance the learning experience and incorporate marketing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in art, communication, or marketing (e.g., Art, Education, Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering). Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, or educational content development, with a focus on merging art, STEM concepts, and marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and the Adobe ecosystem (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Passion for STEM, the arts, and marketing, with the ability to infuse creativity and marketability into educational content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work with a diverse team. Experience with online curriculum development, virtual teaching, or marketing is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability to respond to changing educational needs and priorities.
