Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Steward to join our team. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring all utensils, equipment, and work areas are properly cleaned and sanitized to support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and equipment are washed, sanitized, and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and back-of-house areas at all times. Assist in garbage disposal and proper waste management according to hotel standards. Ensure cleaning supplies and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly. Support chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations clean and organized. Operate dishwashing machines and handle equipment with care. Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by hotel policies and local regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Chef.

Requirements:



No experience required; training will be provided.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
