Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations and staff schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dishwashing areas, and storage rooms.
Ensure proper use, care, and storage of all cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware.
Conduct daily inspections of kitchen and stewarding areas for hygiene and safety compliance.
Train, coach, and motivate stewarding staff to achieve departmental standards.
Ensure waste management procedures are followed, including recycling and disposal.
Support kitchen and banquet teams during high-volume operations.
Maintain inventory and control of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Report maintenance and repair needs promptly.
