Job Description

Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Picking and filling orders from stock. Counting and taking inventory of stock.

Key in incoming and output record stock.

Packaging and shipping orders. Cleaning and organising the warehouse. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies in inventory. Participating in physical inventory counts. Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in designated locations. Update and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems or manual tracking methods. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill product orders, picking items from shelves and preparing them for shipment. Conduct regular inventory counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory levels. Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure the timely use of perishable items. Assist in the labeling and packaging of products, following established guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and replenishment needs. Participate in periodic stock audits and assist in the implementation of inventory control measures.
Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a Stock Clerk or in a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate inventory management systems and related technology. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move moderately heavy items. Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment. Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge
