Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments. Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system. Generate stock reports and provide timely updates to management. Assist in stock planning, stock movement tracking, and reconciliation activities. Support in the implementation and improvement of stock control procedures. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure proper inventory management. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.). Preferably with

experience using Stock Count ERP systems

and

Microsoft Excel

. Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy. Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
