Deliver prescriptions, over-the-counter items, and other pharmacy products to customers and healthcare partners promptly and safely.
Ensure all deliveries are accurately checked, verified, and recorded.
Handle medications with care and comply with all pharmacy delivery SOPs and confidentiality policies.
Collect payments or delivery confirmations as required.
Maintain delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition; report any issues promptly.
Assist in simple in-store tasks when required (e.g., restocking, assisting with packaging).
Represent the pharmacy with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D/B2) with a clean driving record.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to use GPS and basic mobile apps for delivery tracking.
Knowledge of local delivery routes is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle parcels and moderate lifting.
