Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION: Review, amend and implement security policies, protocols and procedures. Develop robust stock loss plans & SSR policies to address risks across the entire business to ensure that every region have the required SSR plans to improve security & stock loss. Ensure stock loss data is available to business when required. Work cross functionally to ensure that solutions are provided to security risks reduce stock loss. Ensure stock takes are scheduled accordingly, plans communicated, third party agency arranged and trained. Work with finance on stock take matters, rectify any issues raised. Support Retail Leadership team to understand challenges and support accordingly. Engage and work closely with all stakeholders to support the business for any major security crisis. Ensure relevant SSR colleagues\' objectives, personal development plans are set, and reviews conducted accordingly. Ensure the Security Control effectively, monitoring security systems across the business, escalation of incidents, office security related matters are dealt with. Define security system blueprints by understanding current risks to the business, ensuring that the most cost-effective technology is sourced within the agreed budgets. Ensure that security system installation is delivered on time and colleagues are trained on how to use systems. KEY PARTNERS Internal Stakeholders Store Director, Retail Finance, Retail Director, Commercial head, DC Director, SGM\'s, DCGM, IT head External Stakeholders Stock inventory manpower supplier, Security system service provider, Authorities (Police) Alarm monitoring service provider, External Stock Audit team (KPMG) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 10years experience Experience in risk analyst and managing team large number of team members. Experiencing annual budgeting and ability to manager budget in effective way. Good knowledge on retail operation. Lead colleagues and make report to executive. Soft skills in collaboration facilitation and communication. When directing specific security assessment or implementation projects must prioritize, plan and delegate. Need problem-solving ability, accuracy, organization and foresight to stay on budget and schedule.
