Requirements
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, basic system usage)
Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to follow procedures and work systematically
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in stock control, admin, or order processing is an advantage
Fresh candidates are welcome (training will be provided)
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage stock in & out accurately (no lifting required)
Prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and basic documentation
Update and maintain stock records in the system
Perform daily stock reconciliation and report discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team on order status
Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and reference
Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to stock and orders
