• Performing upgrade activities on both Production & Non- Production Environments in

NetApp. * Responsible for troubleshooting the volumes/snapshots which are at high risk levels.

• Working on Hardware issues in all the devices and Hardware replacements by coordinating

with vendor. * Performing upgrade activities on both Prd & Non-prd cohesity.

• Configuring and managing backups for file system backups on both Linux and Windows.
• Troubleshooting Linux File systems Corruption and Recovery of File systems.
• Schedule meetings/ document meeting minutes
• Support preparation of project reporting
• Presentation slides preparation
• Compile team training needs
• Manage Project documentation repository.
• Assist project manager to manage the project task.
• Other administrative support where required.

Requirement:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT with 2 to 5 years working experience.

Experience on NetApp Storage, Cohesity Backup and Shell scripting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good troubleshooting skills and SHELL scripting knowledge.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good working Knowledge on Cloud based systems\xef\x82\xb7 Experience as a Linux Administrator on REDHAT LINUX * Coordinating with Plaftform, DB teams to deliver tasks

• Comprehensive documentation in putting up documents together as part of our Goverannce process.
• Comprehensive interaction with other teams to get Serivce Delivery Tasks execute.

Other Skills Required:

• NetApp Administration
• Cohesity Administration:
• Linux Administrator on REDHAT LINUX:
• Good in PowerPoint and Excel
