To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsThe Storage Supplier Quality Management Engineer responsible to drive storage parts suppliers\' quality continuously being improved.

• New SSD Supplier and technology survey as well as work with x-function team for new suppliers\' qualification.
• Set up design quality requirement in design phase such as verification item, DFx, DFMEA, reliability criteria etc. follow/monitor quality procedure will be executed in development phase.
• Work with RD team to do risk assessment and implement mitigation plan during NPI phase.
• To do quality management during life cycle. Implement the BMS with SSD suppliers to make sure all performance can meet requirements. Including regular performance monitor, factory audit, PCN/EOL management etc.
• Quality issue handling including driving root cause analysis, corrective action, affective range, risk assessment etc.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Electronic Engineering related
• 7+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor assembly area, additional fab knowledge / experience is better. Alternative background in inductor, resistor, capacitor will also be considered as candidate
• Comprehensive knowledge about ISO9000 quality system and other ISO standard such as ISO14001 etc.
• Strong factory audit skill and familiar with quality system, IEC, JEDEC standard etc.
• Strong quality statistical tools background such as FMEA, SPC etc, additional data science knowledge/experience is better.
• Good communication skill (Oral and written) for both English and Chinese.
