- Keep accurate records of bakery ingredients like flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Track stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Regularly count inventory and update records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely, accurate deliveries.
- Check incoming supplies for damage or discrepancies and report issues to suppliers.
- Label and store ingredients properly, following food safety rules.
- Keep storage areas organized and clean to prevent contamination.
- Prepare and package ingredients for retail or commercial orders.
- Ensure accuracy and secure packaging for all orders.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, stock movements, and suppliers.
- Keep records up to date for tracking and audits.
- Ensure the store meets health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Clean and maintain storage spaces to prevent contamination and pests.
- Help customers find ingredients and answer product questions.
- Address customer complaints or issues with products or deliveries.
