: \xc2\xb7 To perform system activities for store & logistics. \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwarders. \xc2\xb7 To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 To prepare all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc. \xc2\xb7 To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List / Delivery Order) \xc2\xb7 To confirm physical stock and checking the incoming or outgoing shipment according to the delivery order/packing list. \xc2\xb7 To update and maintain the shipping report and update the shipment status to shipping requester. \xc2\xb7 Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline. \xc2\xb7 To perform system & physical kitting (reserve) of stock received \xc2\xb7 Responsible to the store reserved and received items in allocated rack/floor locations in store area. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to issue items to assembly and perform update into system. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to print out stock transfer list (item code, item description and quantity) and obtain acknowledgement for stocks transfer from kitting to assembly and properly filed for future reference. \xc2\xb7 Carry out monthly physical stock count activities and ensure the stock accuracy always. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the store in organize, safe and clean condition. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and ensure obsolete/damaged stocks are well informed to superior/end user. \xc2\xb7 Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. \xc2\xb7 To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Minimum SPM or higher. \xc2\xb7 Preferably 1 year or more working experience in related field. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply. Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping & store process & requirement.
