Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to learn and develop comprehensive product knowledge of kitchenware and home appliances.
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Must be able to work full-time at the onsite location in Butterworth, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and selecting kitchenware and home appliances, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the store and warehouse.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging displays, restocking shelves, and removing expired or damaged products.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, features, and benefits to effectively promote sales and provide informed assistance to customers.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns, including setting up displays and distributing promotional materials.
• Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments, verifying the accuracy of orders, and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
