The store assistant assists in managing the inventory, receiving goods, issuing materials, and ensuring the proper storage and handling of products. This role supports the Storekeeper in maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiency in the storage area. The store assistant ensures that goods are stored and handled safely and that inventory record are kept up to date.

1. Received Internal & External incoming products
2. Part arrangement and preparation for delivery
3. Stock Inventory.
ESSENTIALS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving Internal & External providers
oAssist the storekeeper in arranging parts in racking and locations provided by material type and customer
Assist the storekeeper in preparing child parts and material resins to be issued to other departments based on request
oAssist the storekeeper in preparing and standby parts for delivery to customers
Storage and handling
Documentation and reporting
Safety, Health and Environment (ensure maintain practise 5S)
General duties (perform other duties as assigned by the superior).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
SPM Level/Diploma/SKM
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of work experience in warehouse operation manufacturing industry.
COMPETENCY
Ability to operator forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification may be required)
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kgs)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
