Salary: RM 1,800- RM 2,500 Incentive: Performance bonus Car allowance provided Requirement: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 2-3 years working experience Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge in Microsoft office and willingness to learn new application and software Independent and able to work under minimum supervision Possess own car and willing to travel Passionate and self-driven, strong sense of urgency : Assist daily warehouse activities such as receiving, labelling, storing, packing and rearranging products in warehouse Prepare Consignment Note and packing according to salesperson request or complete order for delivery Check incoming & outgoing products and ensuring products whether in complete, report damaged or missing inventory to manager. Update Inventories to system In charge of logistics in and out for incoming & outgoing local/overseas shipment Support salesperson for urgent local delivery Update customer/salesperson tracking and follow up with customer if there is needed for missing item, or defect item received Perform stock count in inventories monthly and ensure stock balance accuracy Enter and retrieve data from a computerized inventory Prepare Consigned Stock List for salesperson conduct stock take. Ensure return completed and analysis stock balance accuracy Storage control on stacking safety and FIFO system Maintain minimum stock level and request for order Verify shipment Invoices against Airway Bill Assist Salesperson on Onsite Consignment Stock Take when needed Maintain office equipment, calling for repairs To undertake any assignments related to your scope of work mentioned above
