Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to walk-in customers professionally and warmly
Understand customer needs and recommend the best mobility solution
Demonstrate wheelchair features (comfort, safety, foldability, etc.)
Treat all customers with VIP-level attention and courtesy
Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment at all times
Study and update yourself on product features and stock availability
Assist with light tidying, restocking, or display setups during quiet times
Responsible for increasing company's exposure and enlarging company's social media presence by creating TikTok videos
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Must be able to speak both Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English fluently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and respectful toward all customers
Willing to learn -- full product training will be provided
Must be customer-focused and emotionally mature

Pay: RM2000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
