- Store Captain perform a clear explanation about the service rendered at the spa - Offer guest to seat and serve tea - Make polite conversation with customer - To check with the customer if they would like to give next appointment
1. OPERATOR OF REFLEXOLOGY, SPA & WELLNESS SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RETAIL, DISTRIBUTION OR FRANCHISE. 2. SOURCING & SUPPLY OF LOCAL & FOREIGN MASSAGE THERAPISTS & RELATED EQUIPMENT, FIXTURE, FITTING & CONSUMABLE.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
