Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist in warehouse and production daily operations
• Ensures all information in collection advice (CA) will be key-in in CWBS for weigh bridging lorries
• Upload the data CWBS for HQ on monthly basis for reporting purpose
• Monitor all matters regarding the net weight before proceeding to final weight
• Sorting all the tickets per monthly basis for future reference
• Coordinate with the senior storekeeper pertaining to all weight matters
• Ensures all weighbridge equipment (e.g. PC, printer, weighing scale etc.) are in good condition
• To assist with the counting of fertilizers and ensures the amount tally
• Ensures to back-up all data in a folder once deliveries are completed on a daily basis
• To work closely with other colleagues with regards to warehousing matters
• To take sample of fertilizers for testing in accordance to incoming shipment
• Involve in weighbridge for international and local shipment (container and bulk)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in weighbridge or store clerk role
• Computer literate and good in calculations.
• Committed and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Full-time position is available to be based at Bintawa, Kuching Sarawak.
